CONSULATION
We want to mutually determine if Renvo is compatible with your needs. We will discuss your project and provide you with a ballpark figure prior to signing a agreement and moving on to the next step.
DESIGN & FINISHES
Based on your project requirements, our designer will collaborate with you to develop a set of conceptual floor plans aligned with your budget. Additionally, we will assist in the meticulous selection of materials and finishes. If you have already have the design and finishes, that is excellent!
PERMITTING
Upon finalization of the design, we will proceed to submit the plans for permit approval. Concurrently, our team will diligently procure all necessary materials and finishes, ensuring we are prepared to start construction right away.
CONSTRUCTION
Once permits are approved, construction begins! Throughout the process, we will collaborate closely with you to address any potential challenges that may arise. In the event that changes are required in the design, we will work together diligently to ensure timely correction.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
Upon completion of construction, we will conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure that every aspect aligns with your preferences. During this phase, any necessary corrections will be addressed. Additionally, professional photographs will be captured.
WARRANTY
Due to our pride in the quality of our work and our confidence in its durability, we offer a standard two-year workmanship warranty, complemented by any merchandise warranty provided by the manufacturer, with several of them extending throughout a lifetime.
